VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
Attention JLH Members needing Ways and Means points, family, friends, and anyone else that wants to help! We've got some volunteer opportunities for you!
Shift 1
5:00 a.m.- 8:30 a.m. SET UP (20 volunteers) - Help committee members decorate dining tables, silent auction tables registration tables and place favors.
Shift 2
9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. GREETERS (20 volunteers) - Greet all guests, sign guests in and give them their bid number and table number.
Shift 3
10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. MONITORS (40 volunteers) - Monitor auction items, ensure bid sheets are legible, replace bid sheets as they fill up. Package items in original packaging at the close of the auction and take them to pick up area.Once at the pick up table, they will assist in packaging all winning items per guest into one bag.
Shift 4 (Can be combined w/ Shift 5)
11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. CLOSE OUT RUNNERS (20 volunteers) - Collect all bid sheets once tables close and deliver to Steve and Kay.
Shift 5 (Can be combined w/ shift 4)
12:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. GUEST RUNNERS (20 volunteers) - Deliver tallied receipts to guests at tables during fashion show. Deliver total sheets to pick up area to consolidate items per winner.
